Who We Are

Located in Fusignano, in the province of Ravenna, the company currently covers approximately 33,000 sq.m., of which 17,000 sq.m. is intended for manufacturing activities. 

Evercompounds was established in 2001, as an evolution and desire for growth of the previous company called VIG - Venturoli Industria della Gomma Srl. 

In fact, the new company derived from VIG was taken over from the Phoenix Group (Germany) by CM Manzoni Group, a manufacturer of rubber compounds since 1965. Including in this new company the manufacturing activities transferred from the previous plant in Castelmaggiore (Bologna), and focusing on the technical development and innovation of the production of rubber compounds, Evercompounds has managed to grow and become a strong and important player in this sector. At present we export our products all over the world and serve customers in many different fields. 

In fact, Evercompounds can research, formulate, manufacture and supply, at industrial level, semi-finished rubber products for a large number of sectors, such as automotive, high and low pressure hoses, cables, building, electrical household appliances, pharmaceuticals and various specific types of technical items, always guaranteeing the most adequate response to the requirements and needs of its customers.
